Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize order fulfillment in high-volume distribution center
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Meet/exceed productivity and accuracy KPIs
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/picking experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
