Responsibilities
- Pick and pack high-volume orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate automated packaging systems and RF scanners
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Optimize packing processes to meet daily productivity targets
- Collaborate with warehouse team for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume order packing experience
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
