Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Optimize warehouse workflow by organizing stock in designated zones and minimizing travel time
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies and improve picking processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak seasons (Oct-Dec)
