Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Optimize warehouse layouts to minimize travel time and maximize productivity
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain real-time data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Train on new warehouse automation systems and processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/order picking experience
- Valid PIT certification (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
