Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment including electric carts and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy
- Willingness to operate provided warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to Chandler Industrial Park
