Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Optimize warehouse routes for maximum efficiency in a 200,000 sq ft facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and real-time data updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodology standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse picking experience in high-volume environments
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
