Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Optimize order fulfillment routes to maximize productivity
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment challenges
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and RF technology
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with voice-directed picking systems a plus
