Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including RF scanners and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse picking, packing, or logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
