Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently according to customer orders.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Ensure products are properly labeled, organized, and staged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure the integrity of outgoing orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various warehouse environments.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
