Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize picking routes to exceed 100 orders/hour efficiency targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) with OSHA-compliant safety standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain real-time data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Maintain 5S workplace organization and safety compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization
Qualifications
- 2+ years high-volume warehouse picking experience
- OSHA PIT certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced RF scanner/WMS system expertise (Manhattan, Blue Yonder preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong analytical skills for inventory discrepancy resolution
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent process improvement training
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
