Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for timely delivery to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software and barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
