Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize picking routes to minimize travel time and maximize productivity
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve order discrepancies and process improvements
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment
- Participate in cross-training for warehouse roles to ensure operational flexibility
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/picking experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Basic computer skills for reporting and system navigation
