Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Organize and stack products securely on pallets to prevent damage and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping regulations.
- Assist in inventory counting and record-keeping tasks as directed by the shift supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL is a plus but not required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, or Stand-up preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
