Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99%+ accuracy using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Optimize warehouse workflow by implementing FIFO/FEFO inventory management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct quality control checks and report inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspace with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Ability to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
