Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time order tracking
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order picking experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and handheld devices
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
