Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Optimize warehouse inventory flow with real-time tracking systems
- Maintain organized, safe work environments following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (certification provided)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- OSHA certification training (will train)
- High school diploma or equivalent
