Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack high-value inventory using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet 99.5% accuracy targets
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume warehouse environments
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy records
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (10-40°F)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
