Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Conduct performance reviews and develop improvement plans for staff
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery targets and customer requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with team leadership roles
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
