As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll ensure seamless material flow across our Cincinnati distribution hub while leveraging our proprietary remote monitoring tools. This hybrid role offers 3 remote days/week for coordination and planning tasks, with 2 days on-site for hands-on operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory operations through our remote portal, including real-time tracking and documentation
- Coordinate material movement between warehouse zones using our digital scheduling system
- Conduct quality inspections and report discrepancies via mobile app during on-site shifts
- Maintain accurate digital records using our cloud-based inventory management platform
- Collaborate with remote logistics team to optimize material flow and storage solutions
- Adhere to safety protocols using our remote training modules and on-site compliance checks
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) during assigned on-site days
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience
- Proficient in digital inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail with remote documentation capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
- Physical stamina for 2 days/week of on-site lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Reliable transportation to Cincinnati facility for scheduled on-site shifts
