Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Optimize inventory flow through cycle counting and stock rotation procedures
- Maintain clean, organized workstations to meet Amazon's 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/fulfillment experience with RF scanner operation
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
