Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport pallets of goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols and weight limits
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete required documentation for material movements and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management
