Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature logs for perishable inventory.
- Ensure warehouse organization and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Keep the cold storage area clean and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in freezing temperatures (below 35°F).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (if required).
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
