Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring all safety regulations are followed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
