Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan customer orders within specified timeframes
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Sort and organize inventory in designated zones for optimal efficiency
- Perform quality checks on products to maintain Amazon's high standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA guidelines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems and inventory software
- Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the US
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
