Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort products using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic stock verification processes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Process customer returns and damaged goods following established procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid state-issued driver's license for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
