Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain strict temperature monitoring (-10°F to 40°F) in storage zones
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and stock rotation procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners)
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of storage areas and equipment
- Document inventory movements and quality control checks
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0-40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and pallet counting
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Boulevard facility
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
