Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport palletized goods safely within the cold storage environment.
- Monitor and log temperature conditions to ensure product integrity and compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace to prevent spoilage and accidents.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Experience working in cold environments (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
