As a key member of our logistics team, you'll ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment while working in a climate-controlled environment. We provide paid training, advancement opportunities, and a team-focused culture that values reliability and safety.
Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with zero-error accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space following OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure system accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with consistent attendance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-provided training)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
