Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets of goods safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within the temperature-controlled environment.
- Ensure all work areas adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Inspect products for damage or spoilage prior to storage or shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment and perform routine equipment maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (temperatures ranging from 20°F to 40°F).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not required.
