Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain accurate logs of stock movement.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Current and valid forklift operator certification (CFL/Reach Truck/High Lift).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial forklifts.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
