Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) to move materials within warehouse and loading dock areas
- Verify product specifications and documentation against shipping/receiving orders
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Complete daily equipment inspection logs and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha 10-hour preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability including weekends if required
