Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory in warehouse setting
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Ensure accurate inventory management through systematic scanning and record-keeping
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members for efficient loading/unloading of trucks
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year prior forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
