Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated and dry goods using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory tracking via WMS system with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain organized storage zones while adhering to FIFO protocols
- Operate temperature-controlled facilities (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Implement OSHA safety standards in all warehouse activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 72 hours)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold environments
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
