- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate packing equipment including tape guns, box cutters, and label printers
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory control
- Inspect products for damage before packaging
- Meet daily productivity targets in a team environment
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Communicate discrepancies to shift supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
