Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed with provided PPE and equipment
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow using provided forklifts and scanners
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
- Implement process improvements using provided warehouse management software
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience with equipment-heavy operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS)
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Strong problem-solving and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
