Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory storage and rotation systems
- Inspect products for damage and quality compliance
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Document inventory movements and order discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support cross-functional team during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to North Nashville facility
