Responsibilities
- Pack items securely using boxes, bags, and other packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping information, barcodes, and addresses.
- Inspect products for quality control and remove any damaged or defective items from the line.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to move stock efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting items and reading labels.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
