Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging for shipping
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and update tracking systems
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a climate-controlled environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating equipment)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
