Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, scales, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean workstations
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with warehouse maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to worksite
