Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and process standards
- Implement lean practices to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance across all activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with inventory management systems
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work flexible schedules
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead diverse teams
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
