Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely dispatch using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Point Drive, Baltimore, MD
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts, including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to operate powered industrial equipment (training provided)
