As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of food safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in designated cold storage zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts using RF scanners and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and sanitized work areas following HACCP guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize storage and retrieval workflows
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
