Role Overview:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring customer orders are accurately retrieved, prepared, and shipped on time. We offer immediate start dates for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Retrieve customer orders from the storage area using handheld scanners or pick lists and package items securely.
- Quality Control: Verify accuracy of orders by checking item counts, quantities, and packaging integrity before shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse aisles for efficient workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Customer Service: Ensure packages are labeled correctly with shipping information and address details.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic math for counting and verifying inventory.
- Work Ethic: Motivated individual looking for long-term employment with a stable company.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and various shift schedules as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire.
