Your Role:
You will work in a fast-paced warehouse setting using scanning equipment to fulfill customer orders. Attention to detail is crucial as you ensure every package is correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Verify item counts and descriptions against work orders to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipping using proper wrapping and labeling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Load and unload trucks as needed during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours/day).
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory checks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
