Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise using pick lists or scanners to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners or WMS.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
