Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Inspect, sort, and package inventory with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Uphold 5S principles for workplace organization
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Portland facility
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic
