Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to the San Diego facility
