Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain productivity standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and cycle counts for accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries

Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
