- Utilize WMS software to update stock levels and track movement
- Coordinate with procurement teams for cycle counting schedules
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for accurate record-keeping
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Basic knowledge of supply chain operations
