Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Train and manage 10-15 team members, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to meet customer delivery timelines
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) for inventory tracking
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
- Valid California driver's license
